reflectofilm provides the following warranty coverage:


warranty Period

the warranty period shall commence from the date of Reflecto Film installation.

automotive Applications: ZERObeauty+ Series: 7 (seven) years

building Applications:

  • ZERObeauty+ Series: 10 (ten) years
  • zero Series (including ZeroMirror 80): 10 (ten) years
  • zero EXT35: 5 (five) years
  • ax Series (including axmirror 60): 5 (five) years
  • X2 Series: 5 (five) years

warranty Coverage

  • this warranty covers the following defects:
  • bubble formation caused by adhesive failure.
  • peeling or delamination of the window film.
  • noticeable color inconsistency within the same film panel.
  • appearance of more than five (5) excessive contamination exceeding industry installation standards.

In the event of any of the above defects, an authorized reflectofilm dealer will replace the defective portion free of charge, provided that the owner presents this warranty card.

Labor and installation costs are not covered under this warranty.


warranty Exclusions

this warranty shall be void and shall not apply under the following circumstances:

  • the vehicle or property ownership has been transferred. This warranty is valid only for the original owner or first installer.
  • damage caused by user negligence or external factors rather than a Reflectofilm product defect, including scratches, impacts, or damage caused by sharp objects.
  • damage resulting from natural disasters, flooding, fire, theft, loss, or accidents.
  • reflectofilm has been installed in combination (double-layered) with window film from another brand.
  • the film has been altered, removed, reinstalled, or modified by any party other than the original installer or authorized dealer.
  • natural aging conditions, including discoloration, fading, or deterioration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight and environmental conditions.
  • stickers, adhesives, labels, or other materials have been attached to the film surface, resulting in damage.

important Information

  • do not operate the windows for at least 48 hours (2 × 24 hours) after installation.
  • following installation, the film may appear hazy due to residual moisture trapped between the glass and film. This condition is normal and typically disappears within approximately 4 to 12 weeks.
  • do not pick at or peel the film edges, as this may cause contamination or damage.
  • avoid applying excessive pressure to the film, as this may cause peeling or lifting.
  • do not clean reflectofilm for at least 7 (seven) days after installation to allow proper adhesion.

care and maintenance

  • do not use abrasive materials when cleaning the film, as they may scratch the surface.
  • do not use cleaning solutions containing ammonia, abrasive compounds, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the film coating and cause discoloration or fading.
  • clean the film using warm water or a mixture of mild baby soap and water. Gently wipe the surface with a clean, soft cloth.

important notice

  • if air bubbles appear after installation, the film must be inspected and corrected by the authorized dealer that performed the installation within 48 hours (2 × 24 hours).
  • claims regarding air bubbles submitted after this period will not be covered under warranty.

reflecto provides an 8-year waterproofing warranty against peeling, ensuring our customers enjoy peace of mind and protection from leakage issues.


warranty Requirements

  • purchase a Leakfree Bundle or Leakfree Pro Bundle package and apply the Primer, Body Coat, and Topcoat according to the application guidelines.
  • the application surface must be in good condition, structurally sound, clean, free from contamination, and free from mold or mildew.
  • the application must be completed within 3 (three) months of the purchase date, and photographic proof of the completed application must be submitted.

warranty Exclusions

this warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances:

  • damage caused by intentional or accidental scratching, scraping, or contact with hard objects, including flower pots and similar items.
  • damage resulting from high-pressure washing, aggressive scrubbing, or the use of hard brushes.
  • cracks, structural movement, construction defects, or damage caused by natural disasters affecting the substrate or application surface.
  • application performed contrary to the official application instructions and guidelines.
  • the application is carried out more than 3 (three) months after the purchase date.
  • failure to submit photographic evidence of the completed application.


reflecto reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approving any repair or replacement under this warrant
